Boeing restructured to eliminate DEI department but aren’t most of them going to be laid off? Already laid off the VP over the department.

I enjoyed DEI because I didn't have to go to the zoo anymore. They came to us.

Honestly, I don't understand what the measurable results of any DEI organization is. We've all got mandatory training that hits this - repeatedly - so why do we need to pay cushy salaries for fluff??
