Whatever happens next, I hope it will happen fast. I wouldn’t be able to endure weeks or months of uncertainty, or waiting daily for the axe to fall.

5 percent of it on 737 program. 2 percent management, 2 percent salaried non union and 1 percent SPEAA. No IAM.
You work at Boeing not knowing how to deal with Uncertainty? OMG you must’ve missed the memo after you got hired. Boeing is known for layoffs. Plan & expect half of your carreer at least on unemployment if you are lucky. Expect the worst, expect hard times, expect uncertainty as a regular. Only at Boeing. LoL
The layoff will give me time to start my EBAY business. I will be renting myself out as a shoulder to cry on. Come here Snowflake it's your turn.
Come on, how do you not see the duplicity.
Every all hands someone asked about layoffs and the answer was always "there are no planned layoffs" BS
The furloughs are being paid back, gee, that wasn't a ploy to make non-union hate the IAM. It was NEVER going to be unpaid.
Layoffs of white collar are just another way to divide us.
The lies are many. And yet some of you buy them hook line and sinker and some are just drinking the kool-aid.
It's best to have your resume together and start the job search (laid off or not)
How is this fair, the lazy machinists get a massive pay increase with $12k bonus, meanwhile everyone else is on the chopping block. I am so disgusted with Boeing and the machinists.
All the way to Friday. We are at 1st wave only
Be responsible and always be prepared for the worst and hope for the best.
Perfect time for a layoff… it’s the most wonderful time of the year!
