Throw colleagues under the bus, secretly cheer their mistakes, step on heads, act as two faced as Janus (as the situation dictates). BNY Mellon has become the poster child for all that is wrong with corporate America.

It's literally hilarious the justification to get rid of wfh is collaboration. We don't have meetings or work as a team. My boss hasn't talked to me in a month in a half and if I ask for assistance or guidance I get ignored. What a joke..
