By far this is the only company where employees don't do any work and only kiss , people who are actually working hard are sidelined and ignored just because they come in do their work and go home..and don't dwell in office poitcis and kiss .
Well duh, everyone is into kissing a-- these days....literally. We live in an a-- culture that is promoted and glorified.

Agreed. The ONLY way to get ahead at BNYMELANOMA is to be an a--hole and to kiss your boss' a-- everyday. Promotions have nothing to do with knowledge, skill, dedication or abilities - it's all about who your friends are and how much a-- you kiss. You can stand on someone's neck in the corridor, but if your boss is your buddy it doesn't matter. Morale in Westborough is at an all-time low and management doesn't give a flying f*** about it (they're all afraid of being hit by layoffs too). Now they're taking away WFH and even if you hit all your annual goals you aren't considered to be achieving expectations. It's a disgusting, foul, vicious, toxic atmosphere with no relief in sight.
