As to the last reply, I was in fact thinking about those clauses in the SUB agreement. I'm certainly going to keep my mouth shut for the next 3 months, but are we bound to keep our mouths shut forever? Seems to me with all their bad press the last thing they would do is go after any former employee just because they give an honest account about what's been going on.
