He claimed that everyone was treated with respect and they were tough decisions. I don't believe for a second this used car salesman lost a minute of sleep. What's worse is you could see some of his direct reports which I KNOW do not agree with him, nodding in agreement like the sheep they are. Some D-xxxx that was a 30 year employee of the bank (an obvious plant) gushed about the direction Charlie was moving the company. BARF

Again, what a farce. He offers no new ideas, just cutting costs (i.e. employees) and making excuses for the stock not doing better, such as - if you take out certain charges (i.e. 54 million dollar fines), it would be ------.
I hear even his directs are miserable and monitored like kindergarteners on their floor. Charlie arranged his desk so he can see who comes and goes and when. They all hate him, but none have stood up to him. They regurgitate his talking points on the record, but in private, they know what a pipsqueak, nonsensical, dictator, he is and are all waiting for him to cut and run or worse ruin the company.
New monitoring software has been installed on each computer, to eventually monitor who is working remotely and when. Next will be how long lunch breaks and bathroom breaks are.
