Ya gotta be Krazy!

After reading these posts. You would have to be crazy to take a job with this dysfunction company.

19 years and gone in an hour...

Let go today because of "performance". I was doing the job of 2 1/2 people. 19 years of service and nothing but stellar reviews. Very disappointed at what this company has become.

A layoff site shouldn't be this funny

I know we're struggling with some challenging times, but thanks to everybody providing the laughs on this board. A layoff site shouldn't this funny, but here we are.

Time to Act

Employers cannot legally retaliate against employees for union activity. You have the right to organize under federal law (NLRA), but there are often risks and complexities, so having a union or labor lawyer involved is helpful.

Expansion of Pulse Point locations?

With the new RTO policy (and likely future expansion to all associates), do you think leadership will open those currently “restricted” offices to increase our footprint? For instance I know a good amount of 100% remote ppl in Jacksonville, FL, but... — read more

Gail watching the post

Does anyone think Gail or her direct reports are watching these posts? Any one here SVP or Higher?

Let’s be real

The only people still betting on this place are the ones who haven’t been paying attention. The rest of us are either gone or halfway out the door. If you’re sticking around waiting for things to turn around, good luck with that.

Dear Hellevance leadership,

Your entire company despises you. You constantly spew empty corporate reasoning for RTO, making some people who earn next to nothing drive a freaking hour one way to your soul su-king offices. No one gives two sh--s about their work now. No one will... — read more

RIFs tomorrow.

I have heard some rumors that some RIFs will be announced tomorrow. Has anyone seen any meetings from their managers?

What else?

So the RTO rumors were spot on. What else is coming down the pike?

Open letter to those in charge

Dear C suite executives, 🖕🏻 Sincerely all of us p-e on’s you pretend to care about. Union is coming. It’s time. We’re done. You take away our bonuses, our benefits, and flexibility. You treat us as a number, see what happens when a group of... — read more

Who else?

Gail has absolutely ran us into the ground. I think her contract is up in 2026 though, I recall reading that somewhere. If this is true, who would you put in charge? Who could do better, from the current ELT? I honestly don't see anybody who could... — read more

Quiet-Firing
