This is for VPs and above. These are the folks actually making the decisions. Happy and valued employees equal successful businesses. You can put as much time and effort as you want into these surveys and improving the score. However, no one is telling the truth on the surveys because we already know they are not truly anonymous. If you want to actually focus on making things better, you’ll pay attention to what is said on this site. If you all and this company were doing a good job, you wouldn’t see all of these comments on this site. If your survey results and what it said on this site actually matter you’ll make changes. Otherwise it’s all about making our numbers look better on paper.

@pm They must be reading it for laughs then. I guess the jokes on us. At least it’s a great site for me to vent and get pretty accurate layoff dates. Wish people would stop with senseless political rants.
@kn I know a higher up who reads this board because they told me about it. Maybe they will take the advice!
Interesting post. I doubt they read this board and if they do doubt they’ll take advice from it. I’d focus on self and what you want and need. Shine up the resume and use your skills in the job market.

@OP Don't kid yourself. You are never going to find the answer with leadership, they are part of the problem.
We care - about our big salaries, stock options and amazing bonuses…now back to work please as we got to hit our numbers.

VPs and above do not care about your happiness or whatever information you provide in the survey. Heck they probably get a power trip reading comments on here. These folks don’t get to where they are by being nice nor would they ever own up to their failures. It’s all about who you know and who you can point to blame. It would be nice if they actually promote people who do the work daily and actual know what they’re doing to turn this company around.
Just don’t give your honest opinion. It isn’t anonymous and many know someone who gave constructive feedback on what wasn’t working, they were RIF’d as soon as the results came out. Staff VPs and VPs don’t care if there are issues, just follow their guidance and don’t working if it is causing issues for customers!
THEY DO NOT CARE - they may read these comments but they have already embraced the lie that we are all lazy, we are all stupid, we are all not working to our potential, we all lie, and we are all salary so the day should never end.
Eat at your desk, attend endless BS meetings where you will hear what is noted above, never complain, just obey
