Cannot confirm accuracy. I read on another site RTO full time by the end of the year.

@1ze Glassdoor
@tq when and where did you see that?
If I get switched to RTO, that would also put me closer to a lot of other companies. See ya later.
On a staff meeting it was asked why doesn’t leadership consider reopening some offices that were closed and that are literally in the areas where a lot of associates live. No response. Some people on my team said they would be in there a few days a week if that magically happened. There are literally 4 of our offices sitting empty that I drive by on my way to my pulse point that are so close to me. FOUR! Make it make sense. By the way I am over the 50 mile mark to the current pulse point and was told it did not matter. I have to go in and I am not management.
For EH to stay competitive we need every ounce of productivity out of the remaining associates here. RTO is a huge part of that effort.
This is the biggest BS I have read on this site - (see pasted above) what an ugly post
We need every ounce of productivity out the REMAINING associates - couple of thoughts
- how does doing exactly what I am doing at home being done in the office increase my productivity. My job is to talk to members on the phone all day long - being in the office has zero effect on that.
- REMAINING associates - let that sink in.....
Wake up EH - you are about to have less REMAINING ASSOCIATES very soon - people are making plans to leave, have already accepted jobs you don't know about, have set a retirement date you don't know about.. Good Luck -

So we are in favor as many other companies of having everyone back in the office.
See you all soon!
So many people have suggested that they reopen pulse points that were closed and are still empty/available. If they really wanted people in the offices for the reasons they lie about, they would reopen those offices. And most of those offices are a lot closer to those associates that have to go in.
It’s a tactic to weed out individuals, those who obey are more likely to blindly train offshore resources to take their jobs eventually.
Leadership continues to move our jobs offshore while at the same time requiring us to go into the office to collaborate. Make it make sense.
Managers have zero say in where people sit - it is the responsibility of the facility to place people. Always been like this. Managers have zero say in where they sit - and if you are in an office with no one you know what does it matter where you sit you are just filling a seat and "collaborating" with yourself
I think the managers have to figure out where to put everyone, that is why they were called back first. Sadly, It's a matter of time, us peions are not getting a free ride on this one.
Glad I got out when I did. Ridiculous to come into the office when the rest of my team was scattered around the country. I’m now 100% remote.
My team VP told us in our town hall that RTO is only for managers, directors and higher, not for anyone else. VP did clarify, anything can change, and she couldn't predict the future.
@a5 what I think will happen is that there will be enough people will quit or there will be a massive layoffs in which there will be sufficient spaces at each PulsePoint for the remaining few. That will tell you what the ultimate goal will be for the company.
Will this impact remote employees as well?
what happens if there are not enough desks for everyone who shows up -
Companies like AT&T just moved from 3x to 5x a week in the office, at a minimum of 8 hours a day. It is done as a means of terminating people if they don't comply or getting them to leave so the company can save money. It's a very real possibility we will see the same thing.
The majority of Pulse Points do not have space for everyone assigned to that facility to be there full time. My location has over 600 people assigned to it and maybe 150 desks.
@ar meant to say "work from home" jobs.
Unitedhealth just announced that their employees are RTO 4 days a week starting in July as well. Sadly, RTO is happening everywhere. People can complain about loss of productivity, commute time, etc...but looking around there just aren't many more companies hiring fulltime work from jobs (at least good paying ones).
ATL and Indiana for sure is what I heard - that's where most of the "players" are
It’s hard for me to believe because even with all the layoffs, some offices are not big enough to handle that.
What site? Everyone keeps saying this is gonna happen to all but company said no plans at this time. I don’t trust the company but I don’t know why they said no plans to change just to change a few months later. If it’s gonna happen just freaking announce it already. It’s exhausting.
