Things have been getting worse before they get worse for years. Complaining about it will help for a few minutes but it will not fix a broken system. Either find some joy in the work itself, or quietly build exit skills. Loyalty to a company that sees you as a cost is wasted energy. Invest in yourself instead.

Stop making it easy … US workers have been training the globe for decades, enabling offshore replacements. With AI, online classes, etc. there is no reason why an individual needs to train anyone. Days of being on team X is over, you are your own brand. Protect it.
I don't think it will improve because there are millions of offshore workers waiting for our jobs. Companies are not shy about replacing us.
There are another million of foreign students in STEM waiting in US for a job to free up.
Good advice. Complaining doesn’t help, take control of your destiny and put the energy into something else. There’s a lot of problems across every company to go around. Change industries. Although everyone seems to be laying off
