Terrified of being laid off but equally terrified of not being laid off. At this point, I’d take the severance and run if they offered.

No longer afraid of being laid off - I like my work - but HATE RTO that will come just like the grinch and Christmas no matter what……. I wish they’d ask for volunteers to save my coworkers
