Do we still have an office in Israel? I remember working with a team there but haven’t heard anything lately and was wondering about them?

@bh I agree. And still no one can say what they were working on in Israel except for that it was “ innovative”. I guess it’s was so innovative you can’t remember what they did. SMH. Maybe it was spyware for Elevance to monitor employees.
It’s funny how some people on this site are totally fine with work going to Israel or Ireland suddenly it’s ‘innovation’ or ‘strategic partnerships.’ But when it’s another country, it’s all ‘outsourcing panic’ and ‘we’re losing jobs!’
Let’s be real: outsourcing is outsourcing, no matter where it goes. If a job moves to Israel, it still means someone in the U.S. isn’t doing it anymore. Selective outrage doesn’t make you smart, it just exposes the double standard.

Israel was quietly shut down at the end of last year, it was in a org announcement but was “we thank that team for their service”. Not sure if it was related to many companies divesting in the region or if it was in motion before that. Really unfortunate because they were doing great work and many things were left without a path to continue that work. Big loss
I searched about this and we closed it at the end of 2024.
Interesting never heard why we had an office in Israel or whatever innovative work was being done. Our company is the best on communication
The team/office in Israel was disbanded several rifs ago. Which is sad because they were doing really innovative work.
