Seagate is squeezing the manpower and going through built to order project. Only when theres demand. Work will start.

Had my 1:1 and my manager mentioned that I should plan to take the day off and shouldn't come in on Monday 11/13 but he wouldn't explain the reasoning behind it. Does this mean I'm on the "List"? Anyone else have this happen before?

8.9% operating margin, lost $184M, -$0.88/share. Another layoff inevitable. We saw this coming months ago, so HR has been preparing for it.

Another one is coming this nov and dec to end a good year for Seagate. Manpower will be squeezed ,merging of department so staff can handle more areas, expected to be more multi tasking needed. Dont expect increment for the next few years.

No one comes to work anymore. People speeding in the carpark, cars and bikes driving against traffic direction. Toilet no soap, toilet paper breaks smearing your finger with sh-t, and sh--s goes all around.

LCO's core team leader informed me that 50TB hdds are coming soon and will fly off the shelves. MSFT and Google already lining up to buy. He said this will turn things around for Seagate.
