Congratulations to all the ones who got promoted in Springtown this week. Its great to see managers getting promoted to director level and so many principal engineer promotions being handed out. Obviously the good times are back, for some, at a certain level.

It's not just STST. I thought we were trying to save money and yet the company is promoting people to director and getting pay raises, hiring externals for non critical roles.... wtf.... why..... meanwhile our pay is cut. It's so frustrating.
STST upper management are known to look after their friends.Cronyism has been rife in here since it was opened.Its absolutely sickening .lies after lies.

I think you missed the obvious point. Why are they handing out promotions while salaries are cut, frozen and budgets are NIL? Were they more important than the key players they laid off and their projects left to languish? No one is that special, including you.

The deep betrayal is beyond words! Seagate, you no longer have my loyalty! I QUIT (quietly) and I'm not alone! Management WAKE UP!!
