WDC & STX trade offer

On behalf of angry WDC employees i propose the following trade:
Your overpaid incompetent management for ours?
I will even through in our BODs and the flunkys our exec team brought in with them. What say you STX?

To Seagate friends. Whatever your big David is like. David Goeckeler seems to be worse.

CEO Survey - David Goeckeler of San Jose’s Western Digital didn’t receive a single vote of approval

early in pandemic our WD CEO spoke about their excitement to get out there at some point and meet the then when conditions improved To date, it's still unclear how many sites and factories they've visited, but they flew to Asia around the Nov '22 layoffs to attend Pinnacle, the annual sales event that should have been cancelled or scaled back

I see I will have to sweeten the pot a bit. If STX agrees to take our CEO we will agree to buy Lyve

Part of the deal is that the CEO will enter a manufacturing line, touch a disk, and see a Technician working. Ideally, the CEO may assist the Technician, but the main requirement is not to make a mess in the clean room. They are not to use the golf cart in the clean room but walk without assistance from their Chief of Staff, Communication Director. They are most welcome to ask basic questions so that they can make good decisions once they leave the clean room.

WD CEO didn’t receive a single vote of approval and received a $32M compensation package, so best they stay there bc WD is having its own issues
