DM does not believe in competence. He feels threatened. He got rid of all who could push him to take tough growth decisions and make him think and work hard. He surrounds himself with a spineless staff and a castrated board.
7 vp's in hr and they hired a internal communications vp with 3 reports. She works remote in virginia. The general herself has two full time jobs and is working remote... It is disgusting. Check linkedin... She should be fired HAMR time...
