Rumors about cuts are circulating and there is never any transparency here so people are nervous and anxious for a reason. This is a complete mess. I still haven't been notified, I'm safe for now but I'm getting ready to hear the bad news.

What makes me most anxious is the fact that cuts here are rarely based on performance. I wish I wasn't right. I would feel a lot more relaxed if there was some logic when it comes to cuts, but this way it's impossible not to be worried.

Judging by what people write here, it seems that many have already received the notice.

Look at their hiring selection and the way how they speak to the team and their emails to control. Staff and below-Huge workload on Bondsman. Who works for low cost. Above staff- their club members only and no work.

Germany and uk salaries are not good compared to India. Staff and Sr staff level. How much they offer for a staff, sr.staff and principal?

Inflation is running 9%+ this year and yet the company just awarded me a whooping 3.5% salary increase. Wondering what other people are getting this time around.
