Rumors about cuts are circulating and there is never any transparency here so people are nervous and anxious for a reason. This is a complete mess. I still haven't been notified, I'm safe for now but I'm getting ready to hear the bad news.
Layoffs at Q are rarely based on performance
What makes me most anxious is the fact that cuts here are rarely based on performance. I wish I wasn't right. I would feel a lot more relaxed if there was some logic when it comes to cuts, but this way it's impossible not to be worried.
