few people from QCAE need to be laid off. they did tiny tiny progress, and tends to deny your reasonable request.
20+ years doesn't mean someone isn't good. I've worked with amazing people who have been in their jobs for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years. As long as someone works hard and innovates, it's good.
But, there are definitely too many PPT / email ninjas and 95% of the H1Bs could be tossed, and nobody would know the difference.
Need to make cuts to make sure execs get their full compensation! They will offer free outplacement services while they count their millions $$$$.
We have thousands of employees who are 20 year plus here.
Also thousands of h1bs.
Thousands of PowerPoint and status collector and email Ninjas.
These all should go first
