Won’t make any difference. Don’t know why some dummy always brings this housing market stuff up.
Even if someone is laid off, why would that person sell and give up a sub 3% mortgage rate? Better to rent it out.
Typical QIPL quality of news?
The unsubstantiated report comes out of Indian news, and the “facts” in the reporting are weak, unsourced, and largely seem to copy 2018 news stories with a few numbers changed.
Every story since then also seems to be from India and just copies the original bad report.
So, it seems that even in the news industry in India, the reporters plagiarize and generate garbage. Sounds pretty familiar to the work in tech that comes out of the country.
Is this a country-wide trend?
