Visual Captain to Visual Manager

Visual Captain with no manager experience but has grown in the role. Is there any hope to land the Visual Manager role? Thoughts? Advice?

Takeover offer.

Anyone else feel we will be bought out in the next month anyway. The vultures are still circling. The stock is still a bargain.

To Those Who Are Impacted:

I worked for Macys for 12 years, climbed the ladder and survived five layoffs impacting my work groups, only to be laid off in late 2020. I was devastated, I had worked for this company almost my entire adult life. I am now 3 1/2 years past being... — read more

Any other CXMs let go?

I wonder it there's any kind of pattern besides the "performance" we all know means favoritism. Backstage managers maybe?

Corporate Lay Offs

Seems like huge lay offs for in-store and corporate employees. Being told even higher management are being let go. Unfortunate to hear

When did people get notified of cuts?
