Visual Captain with no manager experience but has grown in the role. Is there any hope to land the Visual Manager role? Thoughts? Advice?

From what I am hearing, VC's in the larger volume stores are getting severanced or not going forward. Can anyone clue us all in.

I did schedule edits yesterday for today's release. We have all of these hours and no Seasonals ! Even if you max out FT and Pt we have 100 hours open.

Most stores do not get the merchandise to execute the project, let alone maintaining it. we spend countless hours doing floor moves that just pi----g off the customers. im sure in most stores 2130 havent checked a fitting room ever
