A "Letter of Concern" was filed by Cisco Systems to the FTC and DoJ and has resulted in HPE/JNPR having to file additional materials. Much concern in the "White Room" regarding which sales leaders will be taking over in EMEA and NA. The current... — read more

Where’s the leadership team?
No updates from leadership team. All crickets!
Waiting for severance
That's the only reason I'm still here. I'm over this place, but I'm hanging on, hoping for a severance package. With all the layoffs happening, I don't want to jump ship and then regret it if I could've been laid off and gotten something out of it... — read more

Still no US / FTC Approval....
How could it have been Oct. 28th and we haven't seen the US / FTC Approval, or even Mid-November? Mist Man has been huffing too much glue.
I sure hope this person is right re: layoffs
Everyone needs to calm down. (And no, I am not an executive, lol). It's not like HPE and Juniper started talking a month before the acquisition announcement in January. With the amount of cash on the line (14bn), I would assume this has been in... — read more

End of October layoffs?
A lot of rumors, no reliable info. If anyone can share info that’s of value, please do so. Not many exactly love working at Juniper, but given the state of the job market, not very many of us have much of a choice.
Junipers performance against others is a disgrace
We’re at the bottom of the Totem Pole and it’s utterly disgraceful. I blame the layoffs and our inability to stay competitive on salary and benefits. No wonder why everyone jumped ship.
The most clueless function award in Juniper goes to
IT. I would rather go to a dentist for a root canal than talk to SM and GP.
20 percent people will not get HPE offers
Welcome to Juniper hunger games. If you do get a HPE offer you have passed level 1. Level 2 will be in 2025.

I work closely with the IT folks and they have a list of 600 accounts that are ready to be locked after the announcement on October 28. It seems to be channel, marketing, and finance people mainly.
URGENT: The Sky has Started To Fall for Juniper

It appears that several "Leader" in North America have been interviewing with other companies on Junipers time. They want out and at least one will be gone by November 1.
RR lost the fame
He told few years back that he is trying to see juniper for a stand-alone success. Now what happened? Don’t tell me that he made money and won the game.
Why HPE is in picture with acquisition complete
I was part of 2 acquisitions earlier. They wait till acquisition complete and merge slowly. Wht HPE is trying consolicate soon before acquisition happened
Q3 dividend
Will JNPR pay dividend for Q3? Any update on this.
Regarding the previous post. Cisco in general has much higher standards than Juniper.
As mentioned before by numerous people, the solid JNPR people left over a decade ago.
Cisco Layoffs….. Be careful Juniper/HPE
Cisco has laid off thousnds. Be careful of who you hire from this company. In my experience those that have left are not the best and can be toxic. Wishing everyone well.
When the shareholders get paid
Lot of news floating around that acquisition closes by next month. Then any idea when shareholders get paid?
