The ESPP email doesn't hint at anything. ESPP is done in 6month blocks.

We’re only two months into the current 6th month period and it was communicated they would do one final purchase right before acquisition closed.

Only the lawyers and execs know what communication has been had with the US government.

The ESPP email doesn't hint at anything. ESPP is done in 6month blocks. So obviously with the initial announcement of "late 2024, early 2025" for close of the acquisition.

There still hasn't been a US / FTC approval of the acquisition, so 'late Nov' is looking like it will slip to the right...like every other Juniper product launch.
