This place is full of opportunists just waiting to find a way to put one over you. They'll do what they need to gain your confidence, get you to lower your defenses, and then stab you in the back when you least expect it. This entire environment is all about self-interest, and it’s downright exhausting to navigate this toxic atmosphere.

Wow, is this your first job? The only one you can ever trust anywhere is yourself
Your coworkers or colleagues are not your “friends”. Once you leave the workplace, they become strangers.
What a whiney post. Sheesh.
I worked for about 12 years in juniper. Engineers were some of the best people i worked with. I am friends with them even now. Management on the other hand were bad. They weren't even evil (excepting a few people). They were simply incompetent.
That's corporate culture, not JNPR. Find a startup if you want friends and meaningful work. Corporations pay good but warp humanity. They tend to promote the mediocre, who become sc-mbags thinking they deserve it and will do anything to keep it and get more.
