The scrutiny by US regulators with acquisitions of this size are always slow, its the US Government. As it pertains to layoffs that happens with all acquisitions, on both sides, and should be expected. Best thing is put your head down, make sure you have a resume that will sail through the AI tools used by recruiters so you will actually get to speak to someone, never say no to talking about a new opportunity that interest you and support your colleagues. Most important don't stop producing because of a rumor, conduct your professional life as if nothing is happening. I get it, it's hard not to want to know more, but there laws that make it difficult to share details until the end. One thing though, having worked at Juniper once through an acquisition I can tell their leadership is about as effective Cokes leadership when they went to 'new' Coke in the 80's!

I just heard now that it is not going to happen Mid November as previously optimistically said (there was wide consensus on that).
