SFDC is all bogus. JM is afraid to face reality and reps don’t care anymore.

Grumling about work is not a felony. Work gossip also helps level the information playing field a bit against getting sc--wed over. We can grumble about politicians and bosses and id--ts and be "distateful" because we are free and will not live in fear.
anyone posting on this topic is either a total impostor or should be prosecuted if they are insiders publicly posting information. either is extremely distateful, but the latter is a felony.

I don’t know which bit of Juniper you’re pretending to work in, but having reps populate SFDC with anything of value is impossible.
Duplicates of opportunities, no contact roles, and on and on. And that’s if they bother to login. It’s a mess and pretending like it’s used properly is laughable.
SFDC is such a cluster f nightmare. But it’s been that way for years. Just now they’re fudging some numbers too.
You’re right on reps not caring anymore. The ones that do care leave quickly because everything else around them is a cluster f and it’s a hostile sales environment.
Reps do use SFDC, extensively. And I can verify that mgmnt has been pushing to get all opportunities, regardless of reality, loaded into sfdc for quite some time. As far as Q4 goes, the overall number jumps significantly from Q3, so it should be very interesting.
Sounds like BS. Reps don’t actually use SFDC.
