I have a hot rumor. We’re about to be bought. RR is a little too busy right now to hold your hand and give the quarterly dog and pony. Yeah I’m definitely panicking getting that 90 minutes back. I’ll need to show my boss I’m actually doing something.
Dividend is never guaranteed.If HOE acquires then you will get money no dividend. If HPE cancels then Juniper will get 915 mn$ with which it can pay dividends. But that would be disastrous for Juniper and the stock will tank like supermicro today.
Will JNPR pay dividend in Q4, 2024?
Depends on when the deal closes. If they announce the one I’d say it’d be paid. If the deal closes before they announce one then there won’t be juniper stockholders to pay one to anymore.

This company is failing; the leadership is incompetent. They only hire and promote those they know.
I wouldn't read too much into it. things, good or bad, will. proceed as currently known. Probably a matter of straightening out communications and initial org etc.

Nah. If the day is the 28th they’ll announce it a few days in advance and have an all hands call with HPE execs on the 28th.
Cancelling it this early was probably a mistake on some poor admin’s part.
OMG!! Pls don't cancel the acquisition..my shares won't be even worth 10$ if this acquisition fails . I hope HPE is not using 1.35 bn$ for cancelling the acquisition as they already acquired Mobius AI
Something looks fishy..even if it is closing on Oct 28..the meeting could happen still with announcement of closure..laws don't restrict company meetings after acquisition
The other thread about October 28 close date makes it obvious why the October 29 meeting is cancelled.
I noticed that they’d cancelled it tucked away in a core page yesterday. I’d assume it will probably be replaced by an announcement meeting if the rumors of October close are true.
