Q3 earnings release Oct 31. No earnings call same as past couple of qtrs due to pending acquisition
But Juniper didn't announce quarterly earning report date?
I guess the 40 bucks a share you’re about to get isn’t good enough?
If the deal closes you will be cashed out. No more stock to pay a dividend on. If the deal doesn’t close you’ll have to wait for the board to approve a dividend after earnings are reported.
There’s no “ethical” obligation for any company to pay a dividend.
