LL5 is where all the money , annual stock awards, gigantic bouses, and other secret benefits kick in, vs LL6. LL6 is just a GSR8.5 (glorified engineer )

Does anyone remember during smart redesign there was a push to make all supervisors have 6 or more employees? What happened to that? I see so many supervisors with two, three and even one employee.

It’s a complete joke. My boss is doing the exact same thing. I genuinely don’t think he’s read anything longer than a text message in his life. At this point, it’s no surprise that intellectual laziness has become a full-blown pandemic in America.

I’m increasingly surrounded by colleagues who show little drive to deliver real value or contribute meaningfully. Instead, many seem more focused on pulling others down—especially when someone is actually trying to push work forward. My supervisor appears completely disengaged; he barely puts in effort himself and shows no interest in supporting the team or addressing these dynamics.
This environment has become unsustainable for me. It feels like the clearest signal yet that it’s time to move on. I’m actively looking for a new role and hoping to make that transition soon—I just can’t keep operating in a place that’s draining me like this. It’s starting to affect my mental health, and I need to get out before it gets worse.

I assume Dallas will shut down this week when the snow hits. Some forecasts predict twelve inches. Is everyone planning to work from home? Or since we can’t get to the office, and that’s the only place we can work, do we get a snow day off? My supervisor is on maternity leave so no info coming,, wondering what others are hearing.

For a company that is based around healthcare- customer service reps can’t even use the bathroom in between breaks without getting nasty messages from supervisors. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to come to Humana.
