For a company that is based around healthcare- customer service reps can’t even use the bathroom in between breaks without getting nasty messages from supervisors. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to come to Humana.

Winaflee forced a lot of us to get special accomodations and use our FMLA for BATHROOM BREAKS!
Isn’t there an anonymous complaint phone number at Humana ? Use outside phone or burner phone call HR to complain about the incompetent supervisor who doesn’t know the law or company policy. Make sure to give Supervisor full name.
@OP they can't refuse you from using the bathroom , it's against the law and your managers know this.
@OP customer service, nurses, and many others. I decided not to drink any liquids during the day to avoid going to the bathroom. Gotta do what you gotta do! I can name nasty managers (care management side), but I think that's not allowed here. Oh well.
