Heard unverified rumors about a planned shutdown of (some of?) the chemicals units at Fawley and Antwerp. Anybody has insight on this?

Rite Aid is shutting down after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy for the second time on May 5, 2025.

It has filed 19 separate notices of store closures, raising the total number of shuttered locations to 1,288 across multiple states.

Recent filings add seven more closures in Washington and Oregon. Rite Aid had previously closed about 800 stores following its 2023 bankruptcy.

The chain is now winding down completely and disappearing from the U.S. retail landscape.

My mom works at Claire's and she's been really worried and stressed out for weeks. I think she's still worried her store will close. I'm wondering if the closing stores have been notified yet? Maybe if hers hasn't been told it's closing by now, it's among those that are staying? Can somebody please clear this up for me?

Rumors today that Sycamore will be shuttering Essendant's Office Products business? Any truth to the story? Announcement was supposed to be today but it was delayed per the report.

Final rounds of layoffs and store closures will be in September. This will hit retail.

Anybody know what Manufacturing Facility they are closing? We heard Scotland.

When is the next list of store closures going public? Or at least being communicated to the stores on the list?

Is it true that TK and Anurag closed down the Costa Rica office? If so, I'm so sorry to the amazing people in CR affected. You will find better opportunities.

The Costa Rica site is getting axed.
