Where is the list?? Where do the old Mid Atlantic wireline offices that have CO’s stand?
Since GAAL now reports to Florida there should tons of offices that can be shut down. I know there are multiple offices that can be shut down in Atlanta. Feel free to list others…
One good trait about Dan The Muffin Man is he loves WFH. Commercial real estate agents don't like dealing with Dan.
Hill Valley or Seahaven?
@bp they are mostly union folks
Irvine and Walnut Creek
NYC employees were told to work remote til December- email went out yesterday due to construction on 1095
There will always be rif's, but what does that have to do with office closures? If your office is closed, you will WFH. Dan doesn't GAF about RTO. He wants to close and sell real estate to reduce costs, period. The RTO trolls on this site must be having a nervous breakdown.
What a stunning turn of events. People were saying we would have 5 days in-office eventually. Now it sounds like some people will be permanent WFH.
Btw this is an old plan to exit real estate footprint so nothing new tbh. Verizon is way too overloaded with useless real estate (lease or own). This is a good move to exit before AI makes more humans redundant.
@aj All leased office buildings closing in phases. West coast first phase with closures at end of May. Hidden Ridge was mentioned as an exception. Everyone will transition to WFH.
Do you mean the ones in Europe?
Irvine & Chandler
Can someone just shared the soon to be closed locations? Kept seeing posts saying confirmed but no details.
Oh gee, that's helpful.
By gum, are Brockway, Ogdenville and North Haverbrook going to be wiped off the map?
