Prime for a sell off?
What is everyone's thoughts on Michael dumping 10 million shares of stock Monday morning? in 2024 alone he's sold $4.3b worth of stock options. https://finance.yahoo.com/screener/insider/DELL%20MICHAEL%20S

Overthinking
If you sit back and look around do you really think this is just a Dell thing? Look at the crashing commercial real estate nation wide and the failing economy. In my opinion they over shot on the work from home idea and it worked too well but is... — read more
Relax, it's only sales
Only sales affected by the RTO. For everyone else it's business as usual with hybrid / remote No changes coming for the rest of the company
Did I miss an email about RTO 5 days a week
All these threads about RTO 5 days a week. Has it been announced yet? I was wondering if I missed a memo. My boss has been away for a few weeks so just wondering what people have heard 'officially'
The only reason behind RTO is the attrition
That’s pretty much clear. Companies in general don’t care as much about end result, productivity, retention of employees, long-term prospects, and clients. All they care about is to be capable of throwing workers in and out and around on a whim, so... — read more
Think this through. There is no other reason to do this except

Crazy directions, which way to go?
"Working from home shows how great we are and care as a company" " Get back to the office or your fired" Which is it Michael? I'll give BS 6 months before he retires
Only sales? What about the rest
Is the new RTO policy for sales only? What about all the other orgs, do we continue to work from home or hybrid ?
Are remote workers confirmed gone?
Does anyone have any intel on what will be in the next announcement? Will it be a RTO or be made redundant?
Don't quit
I know nobody wants to be in the office for five days but if you quit over this you're doing exactly what they hope you'll do. Don't give them that satisfaction. RTO is returning. Even if you find another hybrid job somewhere else, it's only a matter... — read more

Dell hates their employees
I e never seen a company who is so clearly showing that they do not care about their employees. They have made everyone miserable and not 1 positive. You think 5 days a week is going to get people to work harder for you. 2 years of bashing their... — read more
Where's all those smug people saying be grateful for a job now?
Calling all the dell bots. How do you feel now that we are going to 5 days in office??? Before covid we only did 3 days in office? Should we be grateful now? Are you grateful for you job? 👀👀👀 are you???
Dell Su-ks
Dell just flat out su-ks. They don’t care about their employees. JB and BS make poor decisions. They rushed the DSA adoption , it was a nightmare. Now they will most likely eliminate remote workers (even though according to the website Dell is hiring... — read more
So Disheartening
Dell just want people to leave. My site was closed and we were all made remote. My life doesn't impact my work but I have flexibility to have balance. People like JC and BS simply hate the staff they claim to hold so important.
Cleaning House
Regrettably, a lot hybrids were exactly the ones they don't want on the payroll. That is, those who bent the knee had to due to lack of alternatives. They generally lacked confidence in themselves. A more geriatric crowd. Those who opted remote gave... — read more
Dell sc--wing over sellers again...
So sick of this place.
The One Thing Dell Are Good At....
.... f*cking over their staff. Literally the worst company to work for. Another push to get people to leave without a payoff.
Remember how they said there would be more staff reductions? Y'all just got the memo
5 days a week in the office that cant fit even half the people we have, and a car park for 20. Even field sales. Someone did the math and it's a clean out for Chrimbo
Plan for remote workers
