Not only will badge scanning stay, badging out will become a thing too. It’s easier than having IT check login information for onsite Vs VPN. And you know how lazy this company is so… get ready.
The post is talking about 39 day counter being increased to count every day and penalized for even missing one day.
The badge scanning will only be upgraded and improved. Seems like a silly post.
Why would badge scanning go away? It's a security measure first and foremost. They always tracked them, just not visibly. Id imagine they'll make it private again and use it against you if you are a low performed or they otherwise want you gone.
