I can confirm that they already did. Most of the DEI team is gone. They kept 1 person in each region but likely will reallocate their work.

The teams have been reorged to other parts of HR and TA. While the website is still active yes most of the numbers are from 2023 and hasn't been updated. They stopped discussing these "goals" as if they never existed. It's just going to fade away in true Dell nature where we just never mention it again. Unsure why you think we would do anything else.

This was one of the reasons I was unhappy at Dell. It felt like the wokeness was being forceful. I saw the pain and frustration in the eyes of the white males every time there was a big call where the goals were stated.
