All set for next Monday? I have heard 1% layoffs with most groups not affected

We already had a layoff this week, our org’s VP was let go. It’s been a slow trickle of cuts every month for the past 2 years.
I'm hearing 1% with most groups exempt
5 - 8% is resaonable.
If you assume 5 - 8% is a very small layoff then yes you are correct.

Yeah I heard it's a tiny layoffs too . Less than 1%
I’m sure it will be a VERY small layoff. They are going to turn up the pressure in getting people to quit in their own. This company never ceases to surprise me in how absolutely sh-t they treat the people working for them. Can’t even pay you to leave anymore.
