Anyone know how many days in office gets you a green flag?

My manager said don't worry about it. It's still up to managers until Feb.
26 was yellow for me last qtr
I think 27 is the magic number

it can be overridden. I have not made the required time in the past two cycles and my manager overrides it to green. They have that ability due to account for vacation time, sick time, time off....etc. It's essentially called laziness on my manager's part but I'll take it.
I was told that in feb if you are hybrid you will have to come in 5 days a week. If you are remote you will have a year to move closer to a dell facility or you will be let go.

Green = 2dys per week + 1day (13x2+1=27)
Blue = 3dys per week +1 day (13x3+1=40)
Green = 30, below that and your manager should have already talked to you about it. Blue > 39
Who cares, if they want you out they will find a way. Used to be 39. I’m in sales tho so unless you’re here everyday consider your a-s grass, and they will bring the mower.
