This has been said the past couple years. Customers are starting to get burnt out on the whole AI overhype.
We lose ground every year market share wise because we do not any exceedingly innovate or superior build quality products.
Dell may see gold but anyone in sales is getting gates and caps and obstacles to hitting their compensation. That way they pay them less and make more. Dell is greedy and wants to keep all the money at the top.
