Dell is just a sleezy company
Dell is just filled with sleezy leadership. RTO not RTO, that's not something they should be really focused in on. They just go about things in a sleezy way. The lie by omission and what they say isn't what they do. If you want to cut people... — read more

Those who kept boasting to walk out in case of RTO! Walk the talk?
Lot of these old (experienced in Dell) I10s always keep boasting that they would be the first one to walk out if RTO is implemented. Let’s see if they follow or come crawling back to 5 days in office. My guess is the latter.
Just wondering
what the deniers are saying now about RTO? And do you think it stops here? Remotes who cannot get promoted now at any level, are going to be sticking around? Keep dreaming. Or find another job.

Word of caution
Do not, under and circumstance, think of relocating for Dell. Do Not. I know you may be thinking unclearly now given the attack on remote work but do not uproot anything for this company.
