It’s getting obvious at this point - leadership doesn’t have the guts to lay as many people off as they want, so instead they’re making the place unbearable until people walk. The RTO which is completely unnecessary, insane workload, the communication that is pure hostility, and it’s all just a little too convenient.

They want to gone. Our leadership is just filled with pu$$ies and cowards who would run in a second if you called them out on it.
What's really funny is people who used to hate rto are now happy cause they got a promo. Saying people weren't really working at home anyways ... um record breaking profits during covid don't happen when people weren't working at home.... is that a self disclosure that they weren't working at home during covid... if so, why did they get a promo? they quickly parrot back the thing leaders say and kiss the boots in thanks of a promo... haha I hope those people get wfr next. Dell bots deserve no joy!
