I paint my house before i sell it.
it is in the midst of a remodel right now. Glad they started right when we all came back. Wonder who the planning genius was for that.
No, they’re offloading 171, joining the others on South Street they emptied during Covid. 176 has gone under a huge remodel, and 228 has been mostly updated. Both buildings are full of people at this point (though not bursting at the seams like RR).
You may also be thinking of Franklin, 50 will be the only remaining building there by EOY.

Nope. New EBC center and a remodel. I’d say 228 would be the one to go. It’s old and outdated and smells like 30 years of bad decisions and regret.

Someone tell our ELT that if they get rid of all the employees, they'll save a ton of money on salaries and offices. Who cares if it means running the company into the ground?
Eventually I am sure they will.
