I got a raise. Still got laid off a several weeks later. They actually had to adjust my severance because they did not account for the increase.

A colleague of mine also got a good review but no pay increase and a HR friend said more than likely that he is on a wfr list. I am on a wfr list and my manager explained that is why I got no pay increase ... which is fine by me !!!

Everyone on my team got either no raise or less than 100% bonus. Does that mean we're all on the wfr list?
