Will Broadcom revise the salary structure for ITC employees?
Rumor is that all the benefits like Sodexo, transportation, etc will be removed. Transitioning employees will recieve new offer letters from Broadcom with hike in salary.

So how is Technical Writing at Broadcom? Would the existing writers at CA make their way to BRCM by being absorbed by Engg or would Prod Marketing absorb them? Would they handle multiple writers? Would the NA positions move to ITC?

has all but returned the lost value since announcing the acquisition. as a shareholder you have to love the potential to hit 300. it's also looking increasingly likely that CA will be chopped up and the mister tan has dollar signs in the peripherals.

The SEC filing mentions a 20 million cap in retention. If that included the transition employees, it’s a really low number that hints no more than a a few hundred are going on transition.
