Rumor is that all the benefits like Sodexo, transportation, etc will be removed.
Transitioning employees will recieve new offer letters from Broadcom with hike in salary.

Broadcom has Sodexo, FYI.
People in transition will be standard employee (with fixed-term contract) with all Broadcom benefits. So if Broadcom doesn’t provide benefit like Sodexo – it will be no longer available.
