Any news on what BRCM intends to do with Service Management?

You can do that for all the Water Closets in the 4th floor at ITC as well. But flush them twice as guys use the hand pumps.

Go to one of the bathrooms on the 6th floor in Islandia. Look in the toilet. Flush said toilet. That’s your answer.

Roast it overnight that is what they’ll do with SM. Almost everyone is moving to SNow anyway so why bother with this product. Just leave it in maintenance and have some support take care.

I don't know what product but for my product 8n Islandia we only have a handful of people in ITC and they're not trained up yet. I will be one of the people training them in fact... right before they shut us down for good.

You already have engineers supporting this product here in ITC.. you do not need anyone to train people from Australia or US. Just hire new people and train them up from here itself

That's ignorant. Yes I believe support will be transitioned to ITC. at least for my product it would take 6 to 12 months to effectively train them.
