What's your basic instinct about whats going to happen? I hear a lot on people's basic instincts around the office lately

Giant layoffs. If your role department etc dont produce $$$, you are gone (HR, education, travel, facilities, marketing, legal, services. Mainframe R&D eventually offshored to PTC. Leadership (except GDL) silent for 2 months. Look at Broadcom forum they strip companies to the bone
Some teams have been advised, look for a job now and do not expect an offer from Broadcom.
If you haven’t heard you’re safe then your job is probably in jeopardy.
Waiting for my package and looking for new job outside CA.
RIF will be 6-7k, trust me..
Worst case scenario: I am offered a position within Broadcom.
Best case scenario: Severance and good bye.
