Hock Tan is stepping down as CEO of Broadcom and their board is appointing Gregiore. Tan will remain as Chairman.
Last rumor I heard was Broadcom moving up the acquisition to Oct 15.

I heard that they are planning to convert the CA ITC facility into a luxury resort. There will be two infinity pools on the rooftops of buildings 1 & 2, and the entire landscaped lawn will be converted to a mini-golf course. Keep watching this space for more updates.
