SFDC license was too expensive for Broadcom so they killed it. Accenture is analyzing how to port it over to a new CRM.

SFDC IS being retired. I know this for a fact and I don’t even work at CA anymore.
At least STAR worked all the time. Nothing like pulling up a customer and seeing they were designated a Hot Site.
