The SEC filing mentions a 20 million cap in retention. If that included the transition employees, it’s a really low number that hints no more than a a few hundred are going on transition.

I guess ~5000 are R&D engineers in CA and not more than 1000 are in mainframe R&D
How many CA employees are R&D? How many of that are mainframe R&D?
it may include $$ for the CEO + his group, then not so much
