Agreed. My PDM seems to struggle to find work to do...
SDM adds value to the business. PDM is utter waste and a very costly resource to the company with zero returns. Survival for PDM is very bleak under Hock
SDM are gone. No need for them. Overhead.
Hock likes flat org not matrix management.
I think SDM and PDM will be merged into one "manager" role.
