Look, you aren't people. You are commodities. Empathy is for the week. His feelings towards employees are like those of a kindergarten teacher towards the kid's snack. You don't like graham crackers? I literally don't have any emotional reaction to that than "It hadn't occurred to me to care."

Who cares what he's doing.
He is spending some supercalifragilisticexpialidocious time trying to figure out what to do with his pennies. Cuz octane said his payment is only gonna be in 1 pennies.
I wish that basement headband thread hadn’t been taken down - the best!
I’m sure Octane quickly grew tired of BikeBoy and his empty talk. TRhere is only so much silliness like the Modern Software Factory and sustainable growth one person can listen to.
A shame when you compare how Qualcomm handled the takeover vs CA. Qualcomm put protections in place for its staff and eventually asked the US government for help to stop Broadcom from destroying the company and it’s innovation in 5G.
BikeBoy and his E-team were like collaborators in WW II France - lied about layoffs in May to make the sale more likely, oversold the value of the parts and disappeared two weeks after the announcement was made. There last move was modifying the CIC plan for their own benefit.
P. S. The blind boy story is b---s---. In what era would someone openly suggest sending a handicapped man to a “doctor” while having wonderful medical advances to end total blindness. You know what offices are closing and what departments are bearing the brunt of the layoffs...
He is trying to find a sponsor for Trek
These days our great CEO is in the front lines with his people, as usual. He spends long working hours in his office, communicating with people, addressing their fears and worries, explaining rationale behind the decision to sell CA. You already know, and Mike has stressed it multiple times, that he had specifically negotiated with Broadcom a condition that all CA employees to be paid amounts of accumulated severance packages and other appropriate benefits, regardless of their fate on Nov 5. Weather you are laid off, divested or continue to stay with Broadcom, you'll get your severance! And another good news. Acutely feeling his own personal responsibility, Mike has made an honorable decision to sacrifice half of his golden parachute money in favor of most vulnerable employees. HR team's now working on the list... Oops, wrong message board!... Sorry, that was news from a parallel universe. Please disregard.
Give the guy a break, do you have any idea how hard it is to bike with $70 million in your wallet? The aerodynamic challenges alone are killer!
People trolled him internally on openmike. He dint bother to reply. Its no use
Bike Boy is doing very little these days. Haven’t seen him in months. Office is dark but it always was before too so not much of a change there. I’m sure he is getting as much use out of the private jet before it is taken away from him. He will not be missed. Hard to miss someone that wasn’t really around much. Please post his badge report. Please. If someone is bold please post this internally and see if he posts. I may post it when I get my walking papers!
By Bike or Private Jet?
